Location: On site – Juárez, Nuevo León México
ACTIVITIES
1. Purchase order tracking.
2. Supplier forecast analysis.
3. Review of blocked invoices.
4. Price adjustments with corporate.
5. Purchase order reporting: Pastes, Enamels, Fittings, Packaging, Sheridan, among others.
6. Review of compliance with engineering changes in Bills of Materials (BOMs): tracking dates, timely arrival of materials, and review of packaging lines.
7. Review of new products: follow-up.
8. Review of packaging compliance for production schedules.
9. Review of packaging compliance for special signs.
10. Administrative activities for the purchasing department.
Skills/Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in international relations, foreign trade, industrial engineering, or related fields.
Skills: Proactive, organized, decisive, disciplined.
Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Word).
