HR Operations Specialist
Location: Juárez, NL. / Onsite

BASIC FUNCTION
Under the supervision of the HRBP, Sanimex II, is responsible for providing support to the HRBP in executing key Human Resources strategies and processes, ensuring data analysis, employee management, and improvement of organizational performance metrics.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze absenteeism and turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Maintain and record disciplinary actions of employees.
3. Keep track of statistics and information related to employee transportation.
4. Organize feedback sessions with employees.
5. Contribute to the execution of strategies to improve KPIs in collaboration with the HRBP.
6. Support department transfers and promotions.
7. Follow up with the payroll team on voluntary assistance requests for employees.
8. Oversee and monitor lockers.
9. Handle voluntary resignations and temporary contract terminations for operational staff.
10. Prepare documentation for new employee induction.
11. Process and follow up on purchase orders for department-related materials.
12. Assist the Human Resources department in arranging and executing events and activities.
13. Receive and process vehicle insurance movements.
14. Distribute payroll receipts to all departments.
15. Help retrieve information related to available vacation days for workers.
16. Prepare work letters.
17. Inform foremen about workers approaching three months (temp to permanent status).
18. Order and distribute cakes.
19. Report transportation issues, such as buses arriving late.
20. Update information on HR TVs and notice boards.
21. Receive, review, and pass voluntary economic support requests to payroll.
22. Handle resignation formats and deliver them to payroll for the termination process.
23. Prepare onboarding documents for new associates.
24. Fill out and follow up on purchasing requisitions.
25. Arrange office supplies for all departments in the plant.
26. Oversee locker usage and records.
27. Distribute sweatshirts.
28. Distribute toys.
29. Distribute water cylinders.
30. Distribute school supplies.
31. Distribute polo shirts for administrative associates.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACT
Supervisory Relationships:
Reports to HRBP, Sanimex III
Organization Relationships:
· Regular contact with hourly workers and administrative employees.
External Business Relationships:
· Personal Transportation Vendor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in Human Resources or similar roles.
Skills
Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
English Proficiency (Both Written and Spoken)
Data analysis and report generation.
