Opportunity
ACTIVITIES
1. Support in time and capacity studies in the areas of Manual and Pressure Casting, Pastes and Glazes, Molds, Reprocessing, Kilns, Collection, and Finished Product.
2. Support in the new 5S program, focusing on visual aids in the plant and monitoring metrics and improvements in production areas.
3. Support and monitoring of improvement projects to reduce downtime in the plant, as well as projects to reduce spare parts in the maintenance area to lower operating costs.
4. Support in projects focused on increasing plant productivity and KPIs.
5. Support in analyzing Bill of Materials (BOM) changes for various products in the plant, focusing on reducing operating costs.
Skills/Requirements
Profile
Specialization: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management.
Duration: 1 year to 1 year and 6 months until graduation.
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Skills: Proactive, teamwork, effective communication; English preferred.
