Emily Rocke

Emily is a Military Talent Program Manager at Fastport, supporting the Semper Forward division. Growing up as a military child, she developed an understanding of the unique challenges service members may face. A graduate of Christopher Newport University with a degree in Communication Studies, she now oversees program execution, partner and candidate engagement, and travels regularly to local base hiring events. Emily is passionate about connecting service members, veterans, and their families with meaningful career opportunities, making a tangible impact on their transition to civilian life, and fostering a supportive, empowering environment.
