As a military spouse for 16 years, Emily understands the unique challenges of career continuity and is passionate about bridging the gap between skilled veterans, service members, and military spouses and the workforce.
She leverages her background in workforce development, data analysis, and career coaching to connect job seekers with employers who value their skills. Emily actively collaborates with national employers, community organizations, and military transition programs to expand opportunities, raise awareness, and build sustainable career pathways for the military community.
