Opportunity

Creation and facilitation of Press + Chill organic, cold-pressed juices for the internal and external guest. Ensuredaily juice assortment is fully stocked in grab + go cooler, fulfill all internal requisitions to include KWS, banquets and wellness outlets by specified deadline.Appropriately sticker, face and display product in grab/go cooler.Assist in barista responsibilities if/when necessary.Associate schedule is flexible and includes working any shifts during hours of operation at respected location. This includes but is not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage produce inventory levels within the cooler to make sure the available products are bountiful and are of quality.
- - Ordering weekly produce from external vendors to include Reinhart, IndianapolisFruit and AJ Produce when necessary.
- - Maintain sanitary levels in the produce cooler to include organization and labelling of boxes of produce, sweeping of floor and mopping when applicable.
- - Operation of juicing equipment efficiently to ensure time is best utilizedto fulfill orders and make sure equipment is properly maintained, andcleaned regularly throughout the day.
- - Create daily juicing schedule so inventory levels stay consistent.
- - Check email and juicing calendar daily to determine new order requisitions.
- - Sticker, bottle, cap, and date all juices/growlers to ensure food safety standards are being met consistently.
- - Sticker bottles daily to identify each individual juice and maintainpar in organized bins.
- - Order and obtain appropriate par levels for juicing supplies to include juice bottles, caps, stickers, spices, ect. (all ingredients needed to curate each juicing recipe)
- - Fulfill juice requisition orders placed by other locations daily and have orders ready by specified deadline.
- - Prep, clean, label and organize juicing produce in produce cooler separate from market produce.
- - Clean and organize juicing station in the back room and walk in cooler to secure a functioning and safe working environment.
- - Assist in store cleanliness inclusive of but not limited to: cleaning, sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, grinding, organizing, etc.
- - Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
- - Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation monthly.
- - Make sure cold-pressed juice recipes are created consistently and thoroughly to have the best quality product available.
- - Update juicing events binder to include juicing event metrics for annual events to include International Yoga Day, Acuity Run/Walk, Kohler Picnic, Johnsonville Wellness Fair, ect.
- - Attend and facilitate juicing events of campus when requested and bring appropriate marketing materials to include juice samples sign + aisle, juicing tablecloth, juice cleanse pamphlets, menus, compostable sample cups, ect.
- - Appropriately shrink out expired juice/produce when applicable.
- - Work with staff and management team to ensure proper cost controls, shrink and inventory levels.
- - Consistent exploration and curation of R&D for new juicing recipes for 16oz containers + 4oz health shots.
- - Order and obtain appropriate par levels for all grab/go cooler items to include health shots, sparkling waters, ect.
- - Consistent upkeep of all Good Nature juicing equipment to include physical machine, all parts, reusable bags (to be replaced every 6 months) and prep bins.
- - Must obtain food safety certification if not already certified.
- - Daily communication with café coordinator to obtain/orderappropriate par levels of energy bite ingredients for grab/go cooler and KWS weekly orders.
- - Utilize all juicing SOP’s (and update when applicable) and follow opening and closing checklists consistently.
- - Efficiently train all new juicers and assist in the retention of current staff by maintaining a positive and ethical work environment.
- - Understand and consistently research health benefits of fruits, vegetables and organic cold-pressed juice.
- - Assist in FOH barista responsibilities if/when necessary.
- - Cross train FOH café coordinator responsibilities to fill in if/when necessary.
- Complete all other tasks assigned within job scope daily.
This is a full-time position working weekdays & weekends between 5:00am-6:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates within the organization.

Customer service-oriented personality.

Physical requirement to lift, bend, squat, reach, twist and carry up to 40+lbs.

The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
