Sr. Finance Analyst, Sanitary & Commercial

Opportunity
The Senior Product-Line Analyst role serves as a key financial business partner for K&B North America’s Sanitary & Commercial categories which include Toilets, Toilet Seats, Styling Space, and Commercial products. The role provides full P&L ownership and delivers financial analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations that help grow revenue, improve profitability, and guide business decisions. It also supports new product development, capital investments, pricing strategy, and cross‑functional planning with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Category Business Teams.
Specific Responsibilities
- Full-P&L ownership for KBNA Sanitary & Commercial products. This includes performing financial analysis, communicating financial insights, and recommending action to grow revenue and improve profitability.
- Completing financial reviews of capital investments and new product proposals for KBNA Sanitary & Commercial. This includes supporting ROI calculations, Authorized Corporate Transaction and Business Release approvals, and Development Gates from kick-off (“D0”) through Post Audit.
- Partnership with Operations, Supply Chain as well as Selling & Marketing Finance teams to complete the month-end close, monthly financial projection, and annual Financial Plan.
- Assisting in the review and recommendation of pricing programs and promotions.
- Communicating financial insights during monthly Sanitary & Commercial Business Team meetings and participating in discussions of relevant business topics.
- Conducting special projects, financial proformas, & studies as assigned by the Finance Director – Sanitary & Commercial.
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting. 3+ years of experience is desired.
- A strong working knowledge of Excel is required.
- SAP knowledge and experience is desired.
- Experience or desire to drive process automation and data visualization.
- Ability to effectively comprehend, analyze, and make recommendations based on complex data is desired.
- Effective communication skills, both within and outside of the Finance organization is desired.

The salary range for this position is $89,900 - 134,800. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
