We are looking for a Welder to join our team! This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Understand, properly set up and proficiently operate a variety of welding equipment e.g. SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, Oxy-Acetylene cutting, Plazma cutting, Arc Carbon Arc cutting, power tools, shop equipment, etc.
Working from drawings, plant layouts, or verbal orders, perform a wide variety of fabrication assignments, operating a variety of power equipment and machinery.
Fit, position, and weld a variety of items e.g. frames, bases, hoppers, covers, hoods, pipes, production service equipment and machinery, etc.
Be capable of using Computerized Maintenance Management software to create worknotifications, look-up and order parts, print work orders, and enter time confirmations.

The hourly range for this position is $27.83-$36.36. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
