Channel Marketing Analyst

Opportunity
The Market Analyst will spearhead key projects and initiatives under the guidance of brand and channel marketing. This includes go-to-market strategies, account management, merchandising strategies and promotions, showroom training programs, and event and tradeshow management. This role reports to the Senior Channel Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Launch Support: Assist with development of sales presentations, display promotions, marketing campaigns, and core assortment updates and ensure timely delivery.
- Sales Enablement: Ensure the execution of merchandising/brand standards and marketing plans and collaborate with Sales on product needs, sales samples and other requests to drive business growth.
- Project Management: Oversee development of tools that assist Sales including training materials, catalog, price book, brochures, and all other printed materials to support growth in assigned channels.
- Promotional Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain with Marketing and Product Marketing a campaign and product launch calendar.
- Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Plan and coordinate product launch events and industry shows. Oversee the logistics and execution of tradeshows, ensuring effective representation and engagement.
- Training: Support comprehensive training strategies for showrooms and distributors and help manage CEU process.
- Communication: Coordinate and deploy monthly Kallista newsletter to North American and International teams.
- Asset Organization: Help organize images and other assets in digital asset management (DAM) system and on shared file server
- Reporting: Assist marketing team in monthly reporting preparation. Pull and organize data; work with external agencies to ensure information is delivered in a timely manner
- Market Analysis: Understand channel trends and market potential to drive the Kallista strategic plan and assist with forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Competitor Analysis: Develop an understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends and market share.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas.

Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
- At least 1-3 years prior marketing and sales experience preferred.
- Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $55,200 - $69,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
