Retail Sales Manager-E commerce
BASIC FUNCTIONS
负责科勒自营电商旗舰店业务,包括天猫旗舰店和京东旗舰店的管理及日常运营。
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø 领导科勒自营电商团队,在公司总体电商政策指引下,制定旗舰店业务发展计划,完成天猫、京东旗舰店销售指标
Ø 协调公司及外部资源,制定线上旗舰店的推广策略及活动方案,确保店铺流量持续增长。
Ø 与旗舰店供货经销商保持良好沟通和合作,不断优化业务流程,提升客户满意度,确保店铺运作顺畅,DSR分值维持行业高水平。
Ø 与A&P、产品部、Trade Marketing及第三方供应商等相关业务部门保持良好沟通,管理旗舰店的日常运作,包括宝贝详情制作、产品上下架、活动提报、直通车投放等。
Ø 管理客服及售后团队,提升士气,监督店铺的运营效率,提升店铺客单金额及转化率。
Ø 与电商平台小二建立良好的关系,保持良好沟通,获取平台资源及支持。
Ø 密切关注各平台发展趋势,收集竞争对手市场举措及店铺表现,定期提供旗舰店的经营分析报告,为公司制定电商策略提供参考。
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships: Reports to National retail sales director.
Skills/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. At least five years experience in retail development or Sales management, understand the on line sales model preferably gained from online sales or network company,
3. Good communication skill and negotiation skill
4. Good leadership skill
5. Creative
