Senior Manager - IMC & Social, Kohler China
Build and lead brand and product IMC campaigns covering insight digging, brand communication, consumer activation, content production, consumer journey design, etc. Aiming to enhance brand awareness, establish brand desirability, drive consumer engagement.
Plan and execute holistic owned social content calendar across dominant social platforms, including Weibo, WeChat, Red Note, Douyin, Zhihu.
Manage brand website and establish brand new official mini-program to build up the platforms as brand portal and information hub.
Manage brand image system and brand assets library, SOP and policy by liaising with headquarters and local across functions.
Continuous social content generation by cooperating with diverse social platforms (Red, Douyin, Bilibili, Zhihu, etc.), and influencers to drive brand and product category/product awareness and interest.
AD&D (architect, home designer and real-estate developer) marketing communication activation planning and implementation.
Work closely with external agencies and internal function teams including PR, event, media buy, creative, product, sales, etc.
Skills/Requirements
University degree or above.
10+ years’ holistic marketing, social and digital as focus, experience in the international companies, premium brands preferred.
Strategic thinking and strong understanding of consumer marketing and social sense, solid experience in IMC and social marketing to connect brand marketing with business result.
Detail-oriented and muti-task ability and be able to manage disruptive situations, strong collaboration spirit with cross functions, strong ownership and people agility
Creative thinking, passionate and good aesthetic sense.
Fluent English reading, writing and speaking is a must.
