Golf Service Attendant, Blackwolf Run

Location: Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Ensure that all guest pre-play and post-play needs are
attended to in a timely and courteous manner. Care for and maintain on a daily basis, Blackwolf Run property in car storage, bag room, and practice areas.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist
with daily transfer of golf bags between all Destination Kohler locations.
- Prepare
golf car staging area and outside service area for daily guest traffic.
- Thoroughly
clean all golf cars prior to and following use.
- Clean,
gas, and charge all golf cars following use.
- Greet
all incoming guests and offer any facility information.
- Receive
and set up all guest golf bags in accordance with tee time reservations.
- Clean
guest clubs prior to and following play.
- Receive
and tag guest golf bags for storage.
- Record
and issue rental clubs to guests.
- Retrieve,
clean, and re-stock practice balls daily.
- Maintain
adequate supply of practice balls.
- Perform
any other duties as assigned by the professional golf staff
This is a seasonal position that will go through the end of
the 2026 golf season. Employees must have the ability to work during the week
and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
Skills/Requirements
- Must
be friendly and outgoing.
- Previous
golf course operations experience helpful
- Must
be 16 or older
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the golf season
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $10.40 - $15.60. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
