Kohler Co. seeks Managers – Global Supply Planning & Capacity Management – FMVfor its Kohler, WI location to ensure that sufficient supply is planned across the FMV product categories globally. Ensure regional processes are effective, support all FMV regional supply planners and manage processes to ensure cross region planning decisions are being taken in the best interest of the global supply chain business. Drive urgent actions for short-term recovery of supply shortages and identify actions needed to ensure supply will be sufficient to cover demand in the medium and long term. Analyze capacities and allocation issues for all FMV Global supply sources in coordination with regional supply chain teams. Support analysis of strategic supply decisions and identify/recommend changes in strategy. Identify demand-supply imbalance issues/risks and drive decisions on appropriate actions. Track actions, communicate status and drive completion, including critical items to the Global ES&OP meeting. Ensure clear communication of status (including demand-supply-inventory (DSI), requirements versus capacity and other views, recovery actions and impact to involved FMV teams and leaders. Represent global FMV supply planning in various IBP and business planning forums. Drive target setting and performance to achieve target. Ensure accurate, streamlined, and effective reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain a list of approved and proposed capital investments impacting capacity to include an understanding of the timing and change to capacity that will result. Prepare 10-Year summaries of demand-supply-capacity in support of capital planning and other cases to support strategic decisions, working and aligning with Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, Finance and Supply Chain. For scenarios involving more than one region, provide support to ensure supply plans incorporate successfully supporting the demand for product transitions, including: new product introductions, discontinuations, sourcing transitions, supply strategy revisions. Provide coaching and guidance to supply planning associates to build up the capability of global team. Drive continuous improvement of supply planning process in support of supply chain transformation initiative. Provide leadership and model behaviors required to build a world class supply chain planning capability. $138,150-$217,050/yr.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager – Supply Planning-related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or related field and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager – Manager – Supply Planning-related occupation.
