Opportunity
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high level, proactive
support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Supply Chain & Operations.
This role is critical to enabling operational excellence across Kohler’s global
supply chain, manufacturing, and operations ecosystem. Acting as a trusted partner
to the COO, the Executive Administrative Assistant supports enterprise
priorities, anticipates needs, and ensures effective execution in a complex,
fast‑ paced‑ environment.
This position requires a high degree of professionalism, judgment,
discretion, and alignment with Kohler’s values of stewardship,
collaboration, and gracious living—supporting leaders so they can focus on
delivering long-term‑ value for associates, customers, and communities.
- Serve as a
strategic administrative partner to the COO, managing a highly complex
calendar, travel, and meeting schedule across global time zones and
operational priorities.
- Anticipate
executive needs and proactively resolve conflicts to ensure the COO’s time
is aligned with enterprise and operational objectives.
- Maintain the
highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive
business and people related‑ information.
- Act as a key
liaison between the COO and senior leaders across Supply Chain,
Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Enterprise
functions.
- Collaborate with
Director-Internal Comms, Oper & Supply Chain in the preparation, editing,
and formatting of executive level‑ communications, presentations, and
briefing materials reflective of Kohler’s leadership standards.
- Foster strong,
collaborative working relationships, enabling clear communication and
alignment across a matrixed organization.
- Coordinate and
support leadership meetings, operational reviews, executive forums,
offsites, and board related‑ activities.
- Gather agendas,
compile materials, and follow up to ensure accountability and execution.
- Support
enterprise and functional leadership rhythms that promote operational
excellence and disciplined execution.
- Expense
management and administrative approvals in alignment with Kohler policies
and financial stewardship.
- Support
onboarding and integration of senior leaders and key hires within the
Supply Chain & Operations organization.
- Identify
opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance
effectiveness, applying a continuous improvement mindset.
- Provide
coordination and administrative support for key Supply Chain and
Operations initiatives sponsored by the COO.
- Track
milestones, deliverables, and timelines, supporting visibility and follow through‑
on strategic priorities.
- Compile data,
reports, and summaries to support decision making‑ and operational
reviews.
Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in an executive administrative role, preferably
within operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related
environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, fast-paced organization with confidence and agility.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Experience
supporting a Chief Operating Officer or senior operations executive.
- Familiarity
with global supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Strong
executive presentation and material preparation‑ skills.
- Experience
working in a matrixed, enterprise level, organization.

The salary range for this position is $58,300 - $87,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
