The Workplace Financial Solutions Relationship Manager plays a key role in driving growth by developing new employer relationships and expanding existing partnerships. This role focuses on business development, referrals, and collaboration across internal teams to deliver impactful financial solutions. It offers strong visibility, growth potential, and the opportunity to make a direct impact in local markets.
Key Accountabilities
Drive new Workplace Financial Solutions relationships through self-generated leads, networking, and cold calling.
Manage and convert referrals from internal partners including branches, Retirement Plan Services, Treasury Management, and Wealth Management.
Partner with Branch Bankers to deliver effective employer and employee presentations that increase participation and new checking growth.
Build strong relationships with district and frontline leadership to ensure consistent program execution across assigned districts.
Coach and support branch teams through training, observations, and skill development related to Workplace Financial Solutions.
Participate in community and affinity events to expand employer contacts and drive new household growth.
Education & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business or Finance
2+ years of business-to-business sales or business development experience
5+ years of experience working in a sales-oriented environment
Access to reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive, if applicable
