Our award winning Kohler Waters Spa are looking for someone to join our team in a brand-new role as Spa Guest Experience Specialist. In this position you will be the warm and welcoming heart of our newly refurbished spa. From the moment guests arrive, you will curate a seamless and serene journey, bringing attentive service and genuine care to every interaction. Your presence on the spa floor ensures each guest feels personally guided, supportedand at ease.
In this role, you will anticipate needs before they arise, provide thoughtful orientation to our world‑class facilities and uphold immaculate presentation throughout the spa. Working closely with Reception, Spa Attendants, Therapists, and our Café team, you will help maintainharmonious daily operations that define a truly exceptional spa experience.
