Electro Mechanic Maintenance Technician
Location: Onsite – Huntsville, AL
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $29.60, with an additional $1.50 per hour for Night shifts. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.
Shift: Nights, 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule - 6pm-6am,

We are seeking an Electro‑Mechanical Technician to join our Maintenance team in Huntsville, AL. This role supports our high‑volume STERLING Vikrell tub and shower manufacturing operations across our Production and Distribution facilities.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (duties assigned based on skill level).
Maintain tools, inventory supplies, and follow all safety, SOP, and LOP requirements.

Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Mechanical proficiency and willingness.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Maintenance.
Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical technology or equivalent desired
Competency demonstrated through technical testing.
Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
Forklift experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 45-106 pounds or more. WORKING CONDITIONS-Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt.
