Molding Operator
Location: Onsite – Huntsville, AL
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $23/07 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for Night shifts. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.
Shift: Day or Night Shift, 2/2/3 Rotating Work Schedule: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am

We are looking for a Molding Operator I to join our team in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you’ll support the production of high‑volume STERLING Vikrell tubs and showers at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Remove SMC material from storage containers and prepare it for molding (cutting, stripping poly, folding, and stacking).

Additional Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 45-106 pounds or more. WORKING CONDITIONS-Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt.

The hourly range for this position starting pay is $23.07 hourly. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
