Take charge of building standardized and systematic sales operations, including sales planning and distributors management, budget and target management, data analysis and insight and cost control across offline and online;
Align with the company’s needs for sustained business growth and strategic goals, establish and improve the planning of the sales team and be responsible for enhancing team capabilities;
Responsible for overseeing the entire Sales Operations Team;
Responsible for development of sales Ops teams’ capabilities by supporting the implementation of key action plans, driving the efficient and productive processes while optimizing in-store execution
Owns sales tools deployment and management in conjunction with Cluster approved protocol, as well as, sales analytics processes and sales information management.

We are looking for a Manager, National Sales Operations to join our dynamic team in China and help write the next chapter of the SCJ story. This is a leadership role which is instrumental in shaping the future of Sales Excellence in SC Johnson China.

Your Impact
As Sales Operations Leader, you will:
- Build standardized and systematic sales operations across offline and online channels, including planning, distributor management, budgeting, data insights, and cost control.
- Drive strategic growth by aligning sales operations with company objectives and enhancing team capabilities.
- Lead and develop the Sales Ops team, implementing key action plans to optimize processes and in-store execution.
- Champion capability building, deploying training programs for sales teams and distributors.
- Own sales tools and analytics, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing across the region.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of solid field sales experience in FMCG, covering both Modern Trade and General Trade.
- Strong customer-facing experience and expertise in distribution management strategy.
- Proven track record in sales capability development and team leadership.
- Analytical thinker with strong influencing skills.
- Passionate about people development and driving commercial excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
