Opportunity
Under
the supervision of the Supervisor – Security Officers, the Main Office Receptionist manages
and controls the front entrance of the Main Office of Kohler Company –
Wisconsin Campus. The receptionist greets and verifies the identity of all
vendors, visitors, and associates who enter the Main Office. The receptionist monitors security systems,
maintains electronic logs, and responds appropriately to emergent situations
while providing a professional and welcoming demeanor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets all visitors and verifies identity. Issues visitor badges and maintains electronic log of entry/exit.
- Manages who is able to enter the building, directs visitors, and relays messages to appropriate parties.
- Creates new hire badges and replacement badges for Wisconsin campus associates.
- Monitors security cameras and alarms, and takes action in the event of an emergency.
- Maintains a professional and customer-service oriented demeanor while managing diverse demands on time and attention.
Skills/Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent. Fluent computer knowledge a MUST, Excel experience a plus. Must have outgoing personality and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

The hourly range for this position is $16.05 - $24.05. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
