Sales Manager - Summary
Responsible for managing sales activity and business development across the assigned region. This includes monitoring sales forecasts and targets, implementing sales plans and market initiatives, and driving optimal performance from direct reports through coaching and training.
Major Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis and progress reviews.
- Develop budgets and manage account portfolios.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to promote specified products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular calls and visits.
- Maintain open, positive communication with vendors.
- Support promotional activities.
- Address customer issues and provide pricing feedback.
- Resolve personnel issues requiring management decisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Training & Experience
- High School Diploma required.
- College/University Diploma preferred, ideally in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in customer service, sales, and/or distribution required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Minimum 5–7 years of related work experience.
- Previous management experience required.
