What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Develop the Team: Oversee daily operations of the AIS Operations Processing Team, ensuring all activities are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coach for Excellence: Monitor team performance, provide individual coaching and training, and lead regular performance reviews to support professional growth and productivity.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct suitability reviews for new business and maintenance activities; manage trade review protocols and address exceptions proactively.
- Solve Problems with Purpose: Investigate and resolve escalated client and advisor issues, maintaining client trust while minimizing risk to the firm.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze existing workflows, update procedures, and implement process improvements to streamline operations while maintaining compliance.
- Oversee Systems & Vendor Relations: Monitor key systems and vendor data feeds, ensuring reconciliation and timely issue resolution. Communicate system updates and impacts across the team.
- Lead Training & Education: Manage and deliver training for new team members and develop content for ongoing education on operational procedures and compliance.
Education
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Management or Finance. Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Management or Finance. Preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in brokerage/securities operations with supervisory accountabilities. Required
5+ years of experience in brokerage/securities operations with supervisory accountabilities. Preferred

Series 7-Stockbroker Exam Required
