Leadership, for me, has always been about people first. I’ve found that when you invest in mentoring, training, and genuinely caring for your team, everything else follows. Using this approach, I have been able to accomplish and exceed goals in productivity, innovation and long-term organizational success. Watching the people I’ve led grow in their careers isn’t just a highlight of my work, it’s the accomplishment I’m most proud of.

With extensive experience guiding and developing teams, I focus on aligning department and project goals with the bigger picture of the organization. I don’t believe in setting goals and letting them collect dust. I believe in making these goals visible to the team, talking about them often and building milestones that everyone can rally around. That’s how projects stay on track, teams stay engaged, and organizations maximize ROI.

As a program and project manager, I bring a mindset rooted in strategic planning and execution. Though my background includes extensive program and project management focused around aviation, I am confident that these skills can translate to most any industry. Whether it’s overseeing complex initiatives, optimizing resources or creating a culture of accountability and growth, my goal is always to empower people to perform at their best and give the resources, support and knowledge they need to deliver results that matter.

My leadership adds the most value when I can operate at the intersection of people and process. By putting the team first and ensuring alignment at every level, I help organizations achieve not just project completion, but lasting success. I will wrap up my Air Force career in August of 2026, available for full time employment in June of 2026 and will be available for SkillBridge roles as early as February of 2026.
