About
I am a transitioning U.S. Army Warrant Officer specializing in Intelligence Operations and program management. My career is built on three pillars where I hold extensive technical expertise and education: Strategy Development, Training, and Operations. I lead full cycle training events, manage worldwide collection operations, and lead change management initiatives.
With 80% of my career spent in forward-facing roles, I excel at integrating with key stakeholders, functional managers, and senior decision makers. Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills have been central to my success. I bring a systems and process-oriented mindset, consistently working to reduce waste and streamline operations.
I am a published author in the Military Intelligence Professional Bulletin and am currently completing my first book on leadership. I am passionate about building cross-functional teams and providing mentorship to support the professional growth and success of others.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development, as well as PMP and PMI-ACP certifications from the Project Management Institute. I currently live in central Texas however I will be relocating to the Denver Region in the near future.
