Competitive Compensation: $21.00-23.00 hourly to start, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a shift differential of $ 1.50/hour when working night shift

Monday-Friday, 6:00 p.m.-2:30 a.m. Occasional overtime on Saturdays
Training Shift: Days/1st
Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for the first ~4-6 weeks of

We’re hiring a Production Associate I (Nights) to
support our handcrafted tile operations. This is a hands-on role with an
initial focus on firing the tile in kilns and roller hearths. If you like

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
- Operate
kilns and production equipment with precision, supporting the
transformation of raw materials into finished Ann Sacks products.
- Carefully
handle and load materials to ensure quality, consistency, and
craftsmanship in every piece.
- Monitor
product quality through visual inspection, identify and address defects in
real time.
- Uphold
a culture of safety by following all required safety regulations and
procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Keep
equipment, tools, and workspace in clean and safe working condition. - Contribute
to a high-performing team by collaborating across functions and supporting
a variety of production needs, as needed.

Key Qualifications
- Effective
communication skills for manufacturing production processes
- Must
be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work in the US without restrictions
or sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- At
least one year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar
industrial work environment demonstrating familiarity with production
processes; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Ability
to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays, as needed, to support
production demands
- Prior
experience with quality control or visual inspection
- Prior
experience handling ceramics, tile, or similar fragile materials
- Attention to detail and a focus on following standard processes, performing visual inspections, and doing things safely
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
- Interest in working nights, dependable, and able to work well with others

- Work Environment: Duties
are performed in a production factory environment requiring sustained physical
activity. Exposure to elevated temperatures, especially during summer months
and when working near kilns or heat producing equipment. Exposure to
industrial noise, dust, and typical manufacturing environmental conditions.

The hourly range for this position starting pay is $21.00- $23.00 hourly, along with a $1.50 shift differential for night shift. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
