Concierge, Lodge Kohler

Opportunity
Join our guest services team, the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay.
As the Concierge for Lodge Kohler, you will be responsible
for:
- Making
reservations for future or in-house guests.
- Providing
guests with daily hotel tours.
- Maintaining
a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as
well as daily activities and area attractions. Rooms and the different
categories.
- Maintaining
a working knowledge of area attractions and statewide information.
- Providing
brochures for area attractions and providing directions and maps,
including walking trails, City map, or state maps. Also provide
guest with weather or road conditions.
- Notifying
guests of reservations or required information.
- Informing
room service of amenity deliveries and fill out the necessary information.
- Informing
other shifts of daily activities through the use of the concierge logbook
or notes.
- Informing
supervisor of any problems or unusual circumstances.
- Notifying
dispatch for village transportation for hotel guests.
- Reserving
and rent Avis Rental vehicles.
- Providing
information and make reservations on alternative transportation, including
H.L transport, Airport Connection, Imperial Limo, etc.
This is a Full-Time opportunity. Shifts
will vary between 8:00am and 5:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
Skills/Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Prior Customer Service experience in the Hospitality Industry preferred
- The
candidate’s schedule must be flexible
- They
must have good communication skill and be knowledgeable of all areas of
Green Bay and surrounding areas
- Previous
concierge experience at a hospitality property is preferred
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
