We are hiring a DC Operations Manager to join our team!
The Distribution Center Operations Manager supports the daily execution of distribution center operations with a strong focus on customer service, inventory control, operational performance, and team leadership. This role partners closely with the DC Manager to ensure consistent execution of company standards related to safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience. The position provides leadership oversight for assigned functional areas, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as backup site leadership when needed.

Monitor and address customer service performance, including fill rate, on-time shipping, order accuracy, and service exceptions.

Lead customer issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions in partnership with DC leadership, Sales, and Branch Operations.

Provide operational oversight of Inventory Control, including inventory accuracy, slotting, replenishment, and space utilization.
