Barista (Full-Time), Lodge Kohler
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Green Bay, WI
This is a full‑time (38–40 hours per week) position with shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., including weekdays and weekends (weekend shifts ending by 12:30 p.m. CST).
Weekend, holiday, and Packer game coverage during the fall season is an essential part of this role.

As a Barista, you’ll play a key role in delivering warm hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and memorable moments for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and provide prompt, courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations
- Prepare café menu items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and procedures
- Support breakfast room service orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Accurately process all sales and settlements using the cash register system
- Reconcile sales and payments in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitor food freshness and product quality to meet or exceed service standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of café policies and procedures and clearly communicate them to guests when needed
- Uphold café rules and safety standards, including proper handling of guest concerns, age restrictions, and incident response
- Assist with answering phones and taking messages as necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance across the register area and café space
Skills/Requirements
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 15 pounds or more
- Willingness to obtain a bartending license if required for continued employment (company supported)
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper equipment use
- Previous barista experience
- Cash handling or cashier experience
- High school diploma or GED

The hourly range for this position is $14.00 - $17.00 including tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
