Sr. Finance Analyst

Join Kallista as a key financial leader, driving strategic insights and operational excellence across the business. This role offers the chance to influence critical areas including supply chain,manufacturing, and warehouse operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies that enable sustainable growth and elevate Kallista’s position in the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and maintain accurate materials, labor, inventory, and direct operating forecasts.
- Post journal entries, accruals, and prorates; review monthly spend and investigate variances to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare and present financial reporting and analysis, including variance explanations, P&Ls for distribution, operating expense files, KPI scorecards, and materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with leadership on monthly forecasts and annual planning; manage system loads for balance sheet and income statement.
- Provide financial support for 2 plants, Sheboygan Falls warehouse and Bristol, PA manufacturing plant, including:
- Analysis of Material, Labor, Burden, COS, & Direct Operating Expenses
- Standard costing
- Physical Inventory support
- Capital Expenses: Track and update Planview, and place assets in service as appropriate.
- Perform quarterly account reconciliations and review segregation of duties (SOD) violations.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
- Build and consolidate reporting for merged business
Shared Accountabilities
Financial performance of Kallista manufacturing, plant, and supply chain expenses (in partnership with business leaders and Sr. Finance Manager).
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience desired.
- A strong working knowledge of Excel is required.
- SAP knowledge and experience is desired.
- Experience or desire to drive process automation and data visualization.
- Ability to effectively comprehend, analyze, and make recommendations based on
complex data is required. - Effective communication skills, both within and outside of the Accounting/Finance
organization. This includes presentation skills.

The salary range for this position is $85,400 - $130,300. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
