Opportunity
Customer Services Representative (Part-Time, On Site)
Hours: 22.5 per week (Tuesday-Thursday 9am-5pm)
We
are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and confident customer service
representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication
skills and be able to keep calm and collected in difficult situations. This
role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our business and
maintaining the positive relationships we have with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Acting
as first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
- Listening
and understanding what has happened, to take ownership through the
resolution
- Help
people get to a clear and fair outcome
- Liaising
with internal teams, for their product experience, to support with
resolutions
- Maintain
accurate records in the Excel database
- Managing
expectations and updating customers on progress of their case
- Feeding back ideas to improve
the service
Skills/Requirements
- Confident and professional phone manner, with strong listening skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written communication
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- +2 years prior experience in a customer service role
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle
