How will you shape our tomorrow
As a Senior Product Designer within our Experience Center, you will bridge the gap between complex B2B workflows and high-end usability. You will lead the creation of seamless, omnichannel experiences, ensuring absolute consistency across our entire product suite. While you will be a power-user of our centralized design system—leveraging its core accessibility pillars—your focus will be on transforming dense business requirements into intuitive, scalable interfaces. Your role is to ensurE that our technical CONSTRAINT is matched by a world-class, inclusive design standard that functions perfectly across every platform.
What success looks like
- End-to-End Design Ownership: You drive the full design lifecycle of product features, from initial user flows to final UI quality and consistency across the entire omnichannel experience. You work closely with the Design Lead to ensure design solutions align with product strategy.
- System Evolution & Advocacy: You contribute to the evolution of the Brand System by collaborating with the Design System team and User Research Lead to ensure it meets evolving product needs.
- Strategic Component Planning: You anticipate and plan for new components by working closely with the Design System team to ensure the library scales with our program’s requirements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration You collaborate closely with Product Managers, Products Owners, developers and other Designers across the organization to align solutions and ensure a cohesive user experience.
The experience you bring
Systems Thinking: You have extensive experience working with (and contributing to) enterprise design systems and collaborating effectively with developers.
Accessibility First: You are a champion of accessibility principles, ensuring they are a fundamental part of every deliverable.
Brand DNA & Strategy: You have a strong perspective on maintaining brand integrity and visual excellence across a diverse range of digital products.
Cross-Team Collaboration : You collaborate closely with Product Managers, Products Owners, developers and other Designers across the organization to align solutions and ensure a cohesive user experience.
Who you are
- Solid experience in Product Design / UX/UI
- Experience designing complex digital products
- Comfortable working in large cross-functional environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with design systems at scale
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Work Mode & Location
- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the probation period
