About the Role
Our award-winning Food and Beverage team are at the hub of our business, we have a multiple exciting opportunities across our various outlets following our major refurbishment of the 4th Floor, where these outlets are situated. We are looking for senior servers to join our Road Hole Restaurant, Breakfast team and Road Hole Bar on both permanent full time and fixed term / seasonal basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take and deliver accurate orders while ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a positive way.
- You’ll maintain the highest standards of service; restaurant setup and presentation throughout the outlet
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us memorable in every way.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous server and customer service experience.
- Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual.
- Keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation.
- You want to be the best and work with the best – learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us.
- A positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
