Lead Massage Trainer, Kohler Waters Spa

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lodge Kohler offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.
As the Lead Massage Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- The integration of therapists and the ongoing training and development of spa associates
- Serving as the Lead Trainer with weekly designed training time combined with service time
- Having a working knowledge of private label products and department related products
- Consistently following the Kohler Waters Spa policies, procedures and standard operating procedures
- Overseeing the integration and training of all new therapists in both technical and non-technical requirements of the role
- Overseeing and scheduling on-going, in-house training, participate in vendor training
- Handle PRO and retail ordering
- Coordinating technical review training for therapists developing into the next level of expertise
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings with management
This is a Part-Time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary from 7am to 9pm.
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma supplemented with a WI Massage license required.
- Prior Spa setting preferred.
- Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse associate and guest profiles.
- Strong organizational skills and computer skills required.
- 5+ Years of experience in massage, any specialty modalities preferred but not required- lymphatic drainage, cupping, reflexology, sports massage.
