How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the design and execution of research projects by defining objectives, drafting briefs, developing questionnaires and overseeing survey programming and fieldwork to ensure data quality
- Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, transforming complex insights into actionable business recommendations and compelling presentations
- Collaborate closely with external research vendors to manage schedules, budgets and compliance with statements of work
- Partner with teams across Marketing, Product and Operations to align research efforts with organizational priorities
- Identify critical research needs across functions and proactively champion solutions that address key business challenges
- Drive continuous improvement by exploring advanced research techniques and leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency
Working Conditions
- Office environment with light to moderate travel required, approximately 10-20 percent
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Research, Marketing, Business, Management or related field
Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 7+ years of Marketing Research experience
Skills
- Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise
- Ability to identify research necessary to address a multitude of business needs
- Experience interpreting and summarizing secondary data (e.g. Forrester, Mintel, etc.)
- Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at once
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and handle shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Skills
- Experience in telecom, SaaS, or technology industries
- Familiarity with advanced research techniques (price elasticity, MaxDiff, TAM/SAM modeling)
- Knowledge of emerging research technologies, including AI-driven analytics and self-service dashboards
- Program and Analyze survey in Qualtrics
