Overview
The SCJ Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Senior Recruiter to join our EMEA recruiting organization.
The person will work with a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Coordinators focusing on the areas of candidate search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development. The ideal candidate will act as client lead for supported groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures the delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers.
The successful candidate will engage in full-cycle recruiting in production and non-production areas in the EMEA region. Utilizing a wide array of recruiting means including referrals, networking, and developing an employer branding activities plan for prospective candidates. This is a position within our organization and demands superior performance as well as a strong work ethic to exceed our established goals. This role requires a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers in comprehensive recruitment issues, policies, and processes.
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources, in production and non-production areas in the EMEA region
• Managing the selection process to include interviewing, assessing candidates, screening, and recommending finalists, and filling the recruiting needs within the defined service and performance criteria.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership and help identify the best opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure the best approach
• Employer Branding and recruitment activities within local University partners to develop ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop a network of passive contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Manage effective cooperation with local recruitment partners to secure the needs in recruitment for production and non-production roles
• Works cooperatively with all members of the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement staffing strategies and activities.
• Support the HR organization in delivering relevant and consistent training in the area of recruitment, hiring, employer branding and social media utilization
• Leverage and enhance referral program through innovative communication and activities
• Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics reporting on the recruiting status and results of open positions.
Experience you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in corporate and/or recruitment agency
• Rich recruiting experience including sourcing, full life cycle recruiting and due diligence.
• Perfect level of English plus Dutch
• Experience with an ATS (preferably Workday) sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
• Werven van goed gekwalificeerde kandidaten uit diverse bronnen, in productie- en niet-productiegebieden binnen de EMEA-regio
• Beheren van het selectieproces, inclusief interviews, beoordeling van kandidaten, screening, aanbevelen van finalisten en invullen van de wervingsbehoeften binnen de vastgestelde service- en prestatiecriteria
• Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van sterke werkrelaties met hiring managers, belangrijke stakeholders, gemeenschapsorganisaties en andere teamleden om een partnerschap te creëren en de beste mogelijkheden voor directe werving te identificeren en advies te geven voor de beste aanpak
• Employer Branding en wervingsactiviteiten bij lokale universiteitspartners om doorlopende creatieve en kosteneffectieve sourcingstrategieën te ontwikkelen
• Opbouwen van een netwerk van passieve contacten om gekwalificeerde kandidaten te identificeren en te werven
• Effectieve samenwerking met lokale recruitmentpartners om te voorzien in de wervingsbehoeften voor productie- en niet-productiefuncties
• Samenwerken met alle leden van het Talent Acquisition-team om wervingsstrategieën en activiteiten te ontwikkelen en implementeren
• Ondersteunen van de HR-organisatie bij het aanbieden van relevante en consistente trainingen op het gebied van recruitment, aanwerving, employer branding en gebruik van sociale media
• Versterken en verbeteren van het referralprogramma door middel van innovatieve communicatie en activiteiten
• Verantwoordelijk voor wekelijkse, maandelijkse en kwartaalrapportages over de status en resultaten van openstaande vacatures
Ervaring die je meebrengt:
• Bacheloropleiding en ervaring in corporate en/of recruitmentbureau
• Ruime recruitmentervaring, inclusief sourcing, full life cycle recruitment en due diligence
• Perfecte beheersing van Engels én Nederlands
• Ervaring met een ATS (bij voorkeur Workday) voor sourcing, tracking en kandidatenbeheer
• Ervaring met het beheren en prioriteren van meerdere zoekopdrachten, projecten en klantrelaties
