Sonepar is looking for an experienced BI & Datavizualization Specialist (F/M) to be at the forefront of uncovering insights from our vast data resources.
You’ll play a pivotal role in:
· Collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
· Creating and maintaining data dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
· Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to solve complex business problems.
· Analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Contributing to the continuous improvement of our data platform.

📊 What success looks like
🛠️ The experience you bring
- A proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting (PowerBI & Looker) in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical audiences.
- A strong understanding of statistical methods and a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Experience in agile methodology at scale.
- The ability to work well under pressure and have a ‘can-do attitude.’
- The ability to collaborate with stakeholders & opcos and elaborate on outcomes and decisions taken
- Knowledge of big data technologies, such as Databricks, Dreamio, and BI tools like PowerBI, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics environment.

- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the trial period
