Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Onsite, 4 - Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Step into the world of Kallista and help shape the next generation
of luxury products where precision meets creativity. As part of our New Product
Development group, you’ll get hands-on experience bringing real products to
life, from early design sketches to prototype testing and final validation.
You won’t just watch from the sidelines. You’ll model, build,
test, and problem-solve alongside engineers who turn bold ideas into
high-performance designs. Every day offers a new challenge whether it’s
refining a complex mechanism, improving manufacturing efficiency, or testing
materials that redefine what “luxury” feels like.
At Kallista, we believe great engineering is equal parts
curiosity, collaboration, and craftsmanship. If you love working on products
people interact with every day, enjoy digging into technical details, and
thrive in a fast-moving, design-driven environment, this is your opportunity to
build something extraordinary and have fun doing it.
