Spa Attendant Coordinator, Kohler Waters Spa

Opportunity
Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Burr Ridge offers more than 50
innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich
waters and features a unique water sanctuary known as the Circle of
Tranquility.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Supervises
Spa Attendants – includes recruiting, performance feedback, goal setting,
training
and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication.
- Works on the floor as a Spa Attendant, with evening, weekend & holiday
availability to ensure quality control during all open hours.
- Keeps
inventory & orders supplies for the department, staying within
department budget.
- Assist
in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and
documentation.
- Ensure
all Spa Attendants are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations
of their assigned roles.
- Serves
on the Leadership Team, attends KIT meetings, participates in management
training sessions and outside educational opportunities.
- Serves
in the capacity of Manager on Duty when scheduled.
This is a Full Time opportunity working between the hours of
8:00am and 9:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum
of a high school diploma.
- Prior
customer service, supervisory and computer experience required.
- Ideal
candidate will possess strong, effective communication skills and the
ability to work with a wide variety of personalities.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $23.20 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
