About the role
A dynamic and strategic Brand Manager role leading Air Care category in Egypt and North Africa Levant and Morocco countries. Role is pivotal in driving a healthy profitable growth of the category via:
- Driving consumer led innovations
- Consumer centric strategies and flawless media execution
About the Team/Department
The candidate will report to the MENAPT Air Care Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of ongoing innovation from an E2E process to unlock incremental category and share growth.
- Identify and activate new growth opportunities through innovation, portfolio optimization, and whitespace expansion.
- Analytical skills – leveraging Nielsen database to analyze market and SCJ performance
- Team player, with high sense of ownership, agility, and continuous learning.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with key teams; Customer Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, PCM and GSARA
- Lead media strategy and execution to ensure impactful, efficient, and effective campaigns in Egypt
Experience you’ll bring:
- 5 years of work experience
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Experience in media planning and execution is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
