As Lead Product Manager for Sales Order Automation and Associate Experience, you’ll drive the strategy, development, and delivery of a proprietary digital solution that will transform how Sonepar’s inside sales teams manage quotes and orders. This high-impact role will lead the rollout of a new application that integrates with exiting ERPs, replacing legacy systems and streamlining workflows across all channels.
This position is based out of our Broomfield Colorado corporate office in a hybrid (3-days a week in office) work environment.
What You’ll Do:
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for sales order automation and associate-facing tools.
- Align product strategy with business goals and user needs, ensuring a seamless experience across ERP, CRM, and mobile platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead the SOA user group with global representation to manage enhancement requests and product direction.
- Partner with Business Owners, Global Product Managers, and Product Owners to prioritize features and drive adoption.
Feature Development & Delivery
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
User-Centric Design
- Champion a user-first mindset through field research, usability testing, and analytics.
- Ensure solutions are intuitive, mobile-friendly, and tailored to inside, counter, and outside sales workflows.
Performance & Adoption
- Define KPIs to measure product impact on order efficiency, associate productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing engagement.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience across a complex and decentralized national organization
- Deep understanding of the electrical distribution industry
- Strong grasp of ERP systems and sales workflows
- Meticulous, organized, and self-driven — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools is a plus
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally 30% of the time
- Must be eligible for international travel and hold a U.S valid passport
- Must be authorized to work for Sonepar in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
Compensation: Base salary $110,000 – 125,000
