We’re growing fast and looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and help build our lead generation engine — someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves turning strategy into measurable results.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll work closely with our CMO, Senior Director of Communications, and Sales team to execute and optimize campaigns that generate and nurture leads. You’ll manage workflows in HubSpot and ZoomInfo, coordinate events and trade shows, and help us connect the dots between marketing activity and real pipeline growth.
If you’re a data-driven marketer who loves seeing your work directly influence revenue — and you’re excited by the idea of being part of a small, agile, people-first team — this is your opportunity to make an outsized impact.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and events
- Manage workflows, segmentation, and lead nurturing in HubSpot
- Leverage ZoomInfo for list building, enrichment, and targeting
- Partner with Sales to align on lead quality, follow-up, and feedback loops
- Track campaign performance and share insights with leadership
- Help coordinate trade shows, webinars, and event logistics (shipping, swag, lead capture, follow-up)
- Work with creative partners to bring marketing materials and social content to life
What You’ll Bring
- 4–7 years in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, cybersecurity, or a managed services (MSP) environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot and ZoomInfo
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A data-informed mindset with curiosity to test, measure, and improve
- Collaborative energy and a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
