Opportunity

Join our top-rated food and beverage team at Lodge Kohler and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service—growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations.

As a bartender, you will be responsible for:

Greeting guests promptly and proactively with warm welcome.
Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere, which will encourage repeat business.
Maintaining positive guest relations and display “spotlight” behaviors.
Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes.
Keeping bar storage areas clean at all times, and proper handling of glasses.
Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI.
Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment as well as following proper rotating procedures.
Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor

This opportunity is working weekdays and weekends.

Skills/Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years old, acquired a Bartending License and have obtained or the ability to obtain Safe Serve License
Prior bartending experience required
The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and/or consistently up to 15 pounds to move objects is required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
