About the role
The Senior Analyst, Procurement (Supply Chain) is responsible for delivering cost and cash savings, driving supplier relationship management (SRM), and supporting new product development (NPD) initiatives. This role ensures the strategic sourcing and end-to-end management of raw and packaging materials (RPM), aligned with regional and global procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain cost cards and pricings for all 3PMs through research for market intelligence, understanding cost structure of each of RPM, and key factors of price change
Participate in supplier negotiations with portfolio, and establish the strategy to daily operations such as stock allocations and pricing
Collaborate to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal/external stake holders, including suppliers and External Manufacturers (EM)
Monthly report consolidation, PPV (Purchase Price Variance) validation
SAP transaction and procedures compliance for ‘zero’ audit comment, especially for system price update of RPM and FG cost card
Support NPD project through RPM supplier relationship management, and on-time price update to ensure it meets with the launch timeline
Other tasks may be assigned by line manager
Systems & Processes Related Responsibilities:
Provide resolutions of APAC blocked invoices for payment release through SAP
APAC system price update on quarterly basis, or per requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time, permanent employment
Onsite work setup (M-F); remote work once a week is available upon regularization
Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays thru Fridays)
Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
This role is not eligible for relocation
