Sales Executives for their Walk-in-Bath and Showers teams. This is a
newly created team where you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our
end consumers and bring their bath & shower space vision to life!
As a
Design Sales Consultant – In Home, Kohler Services, you will be responsible for
consumer facing sales presentations using approved sales and design methods
while in the client’s home. Appointments are pre-set, qualified and specific to
KOHLER brand products. Protection of the KOHLER brand by following approved
sales processes and high standards of conduct is a must.
Specific Responsibilities
- Timely arrival to issued confirmed appointments using
trained and approved sales and design methods with the goal of earning a
contract at the conclusion of the sales presentation.
- Thorough understanding and effective execution of sales methods and policies
resulting in timely documentation of appointment results, accurate
sales paperwork (both digital and paper) and communication with Sales
Management.
- Proper management of all legal documents and customer deposits, including
delivery to the office in a timely manner.
- Maintain all aspects of contact with potential customers as established in
Company Guidelines. This includes but not limited to, personal appearance,
sales tools and automobiles. The KOHLER name and brand is associated with
excellence and all associates are responsible for maintaining the reputation of
KOHLER.
- Utilize all training resources and participate in regular coaching to meet or
exceed agreed upon sales plan.
- Commitment to excellence in all aspects will be rewarded through an uncapped compensation
package.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience
with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
- In home sales experience is a
plus.

The salary for this position is $1,000/week for the first four weeks and then based fully on 6% commission, paid every two weeks on the sales generated during the prior two weeks. There is opportunity for an additional bonus based on sales which will be calculated on a full month of performance and paid monthly. The non-guaranteed typical yearly earnings are projected from $125,000 to $250,000 and upwards based on your individual success as a Design Sales Consultant. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, car allowance.
