The Distribution Center Operations Manager at CNH Industrial will assure products, parts or supplies are shipped, distributed, received, packaged and stored, according to established policies and procedures.
This leadership role is a full time opportunity located at our second largest Distribution Center in Cameron, Missouri.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 5 or more years of warehouse/distribution/supply chain operations management experience; OR
- High school diploma/GED plus 7 or more years of warehouse/distribution/supply chain operations management experience
- At least three (3) years of experience working within a continuous improvement or project management capacity
- At least five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least two years of experience regularly using a Warehouse Management System

The annual salary for this role is $93,000 - $123,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
