HR Intern
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hybrid – Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
BASIC FUNCTION
Provide support to the Human Resources department for K&B Latam (Mexico, Brazil) daily and on key projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR areas and contribute directly to personnel management and organizational development.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Recruitment and Selection: Support the management of new job requisitions, job postings, and interview scheduling follow up within the TA COE to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
2.Personnel Administration: Assist with the management of personnel files, document collection, and team information organization.
3.Development: Collaborate on the coordination of employee training programs, workshops, and development events.
4.Internal Communication: Help with the creation and distribution of internal communications, surveys, and relevant team news.
5.Special Projects: Participate in specific HR projects, such as employee morale or well-being initiatives
6.General Support: Provide support for administrative and logistical tasks required for the proper functioning of the department.
Skills/Requirements
EDUCATION: An active university student, preferably in their 7th or 8th semester, pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Business Administration, or International Business.
EXPERIENCE: No experience required.
EDUCATION: Prior experience is not required. However, previous internships in Human Resources, particularly within global companies, are a plus.
