uman Resources Generalist, KBNA Work Mode Hybrid Location Hybrid at Kohler, WI (3x a week) Opportunity Owns the associate life cycle ensuring a world class employee experience. Under the direction of the Manager - Human Resources, acts as principle contact and advisor for all Human Resource activity for assigned associate groups. Provides comprehensive support in all HR functions including organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management and associate / labor relations to build the strength of the organization. Specific Responsibilities Own the associate life cycle executing assigned tasks to ensure a world class associate experience. Talent acquisition Collaborate with HRBPs, the COE, and hiring managers to post new job openings and coordinate a world class interview process. New talent welcome Collaborate with HRBPs, the COE, and hiring managers to effectively transition the new hire from offer acceptance to first day. Reinforce the new hire’s acceptance of the job offer with world class experience. Onboarding Collaborate with HRBPs, the COE, and hiring managers to create a world class experience integrating the new hire to Kohler and establishing strong engagement. Exit process Collaborate with HRBPs, the COE, and hiring managers to provide a gracious exit and learn reasons for leaving. Work independently and display accountability by executing all tasks in a timely manner with great accuracy. Seek opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the overall associate experience. Completes assigned projects on behalf of the management team. Skills/Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience. A track record of progressively taking on more responsibility and producing top results. High attention to detail recognizing that our associate’s experience is a result of the tasks we execute. A self-motivated, creative problem solver with a bias for action, continuous improvement, and team orientation. Strong accountability. Possess strong verbal and written communication competencies. Ability to use a level of tact, diplomacy, discretion and empathy/understanding in a diverse work environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $55,400 -$69,250. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
