ssociate Sales Analyst, Lowes Work Mode Hybrid LocationHybrid at Kohler, WIOpportunity As a key member of the Lowes Sales Team, the Lowes Sales Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to the Lowes Sales Team as well as the customer.In addition, this role will also assist with supply chain initiatives and the enablement of operational capabilities to support the Lowe’s account.This individual will help manage the omnichannel business and work closely with other functions of the including Strategic Pricing, Supply Chain, Credit, Marketing and Customer Service. Specific Responsibilities Responsible for composing & analyzing weekly and monthly executive level reports which include sales trends and competitive analysis. This includes the ability to analyze large volumes of both account and market level data to identify key trends. Work with Sales Enablement Team to automate and enhance reporting capabilities by leveraging Power Bi. Manage and maintain a comprehensive Lowe’s pricing file for both Retail and eCommerce items.Work with Account Managers and Pricing Team to maintain pricing for Kohler and Lowe’s systems to ensure orders flow without error. Responsible for execution of pricing changes and problem-solving price discrepancies with Lowe’s Merchandising Specialist.Key point of contact for Lowes Margin and Cost Accounting Manager. Assist Customer Service and Credit in managing, contesting and clearing deductions in a timely fashion. Help with new item set up processes for in-store and on-line. Project manage sample and fixture delivery requests from customers for line reviews, product tests and Lowes sponsored events. Demonstrate appropriate level of competency in the following areas Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Business Acumen, Management of Self, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust. Skills/Requirements Bachelor’s degree required (business administration or relevant discipline preferred).1-2 year of experience as a business analyst, will also consider co-op or internship experience.Experience with database management tools (MS Word, MS Excel) and developing simple to medium level of complexity queries and programs to effectively analyze sales reporting and manage pricing files.Experience with reporting tools like Power Bi and Tableau preferred. Efficient in project management and prioritization, managing multiple projects with a solutions-oriented mindset. Must have solid follow-through; ensuring reporting and pricing is completed in a timely manner and accurately. Must be a strategic thinker, team player, and have good written and oral communication skills. #LI-Hybrid #LI-KS2 Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $60,700 - 75,900 annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
