T Business Relationship Manager, Kohler Energy Work Mode Hybrid LocationHybrid or Onsite at Kohler, WI preferred. Opportunity As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you will serve as a strategic liaison between the IT department and two businesses Residential, and Heila. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of business leaders, align them with IT capabilities, and facilitate the delivery of technology solutions to support the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and IT systems, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Specific Responsibilities Collaborates with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and challenges. Identifies opportunities where technology can add value and enhance business processes. Translates business needs into IT requirements and vice versa to ensure alignment. Builds and maintains strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders. Acts as the primary point of contact for IT-related discussions and inquiries. Ensures clear and open lines of communication between IT and the business. Works closely with IT project managers and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery. Defines project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders. Monitors project progress and provides regular updates to all stakeholders. Stays updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Recommends and proposes IT solutions that address business challenges and drive innovation. Conducts cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions to help prioritize projects. Identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with IT initiatives and projects. Ensures that business continuity and data security requirements are met in IT solutions. Develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of IT solutions on business objectives. Regularly assesses and reports on the success of IT projects and their alignment with business goals. Skills/Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field required, with a preference towards a master’s degree. 5+ years of experience in Business Relationship Management or similar role, ideally with a global manufacturing organization. Must have strong project management skills and experience. Knowledge of relevant technology trends and industry best practices. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $162,000 - $211,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
