r. Market Analyst, Genuine Service Part Work Mode Remote Opportunity The Senior Market Analyst, Service Parts & Cleaners is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and programs for the assigned product lines to provide customer satisfaction, satisfy market potential, and obtain the desired profit, market penetration and growth. This involves managing pre- and post-launch deliverables and cross-functional meetings to ensure a successful market launch in several key channels. You will also assist in developing and coordinating the implementation of annual short- and long-term marketing plans for the Service Parts & Cleaners business.Specific Responsibilities •Along with the Associate Product Manager-Service Parts, deliver business objectives for the category including sales growth, product placement in all channels, and increase profitability, while growing market share. •Drive Service Parts sales growth within the e-commerce channel and on Kohler.com, work to strengthen the assortment and coordinate the required assets needed to elevate the parts shopping experience online. •Initiate and manage service parts overviews, building out key assets for top parts including features/benefits, images, service videos, and installation instructions. •Understand what the consumer needs to increase confidence in purchasing service parts and servicing their Kohler product.Initiate projects & programs to deliver these consumer needs. •Lead the cleaners financial planning and analyze the products in terms of product revenue, margins, and profitability. •Increase cleaners’ business market share, take cost out of existing products, establish a competitive pricing strategy, and relaunch the updated assortment into the right channels. •Manage the cleaner’s business product assortment and strategic planning across all channels, including financial justifications of new products and programs. •Own the Cleaners development and launch process to meet the needs of the customer at target costs and on schedule, as well as the sales and marketing tools necessary for the promotion and sale of the products. •Partner with channel and supply chain on load in quantities and monthly forecast of new cleaners launches and channel initiatives. •Target and benchmark key competition. Leverage our competitive resources and advantages and exploit competitor weaknesses to gain market share. •As the “expert” in the cleaner’s business make product presentations to key customers including national accounts, end users, contractors & specifying engineers.Skills/Requirements •Minimum four-year college degree, preferably in engineering, chemistry, business, or marketing. •3-5 years of experience in communications, product marketing, and/or sales or a closely related field is required. •Experience developing or marketing cleaners is highly desirable. Travel Travel up to 15% to customer and supplier visits.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $93,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
